1. The challenge in the present writ petition is to the order Annexure P-1 dated 21.08.2019. Vide the said impugned order the petitioner has been transferred from Government Middle School, Bagda Dadura, Block Pratappur, District Surajpur to Government Middle School, Darripara, Block Bhaiyathan, District Surajpur.

-22. Contention of the petitioner is that the place where petitioner has been transferred is already occupied by another Head Master namely Vijay Kumar Gupta as is evident from the Certificate issued by the Block Education Officer dated 13.09.2019.

Given the fact that the said certificate issued by the Block Education Officer, this Court is of the opinion that no fruitful purpose would be served in keeping the writ petition pending rather ends of justice would meet if the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent No.1 to ensure that the order dated 21.08.2019 so far as the petitioner is concerned is complied with by permitting the petitioner to join at the transferred place as the Head Master at the earliest. In the event, if the respondent No.1 fails in getting the order executed then steps should be taken in ensuring that petitioner continues at the present place of posting.

4. Let this exercise be completed within a period of two weeks.
