At the outset, learned counsel for the applicant submits that he wants to withdraw the bail application with liberty to repeat the same after six months if trial is not concluded within the said period.

Accordingly, the bail application filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C. is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty granted in favour of the applicant.
