This is the third application filed for grant of regular bail to the applicant.

Learned counsel for the applicant submits that in the case against the applicant, the Investigation Officer has been examined, however, even this, the case is kept pending, therefore, this application be heard on ground of delay.

As the trial in the case is already nearing completion, therefore, there is no need to entertain this third application for grant of bail at this stage.

Accordingly, the third application for grant of regular bail is dismissed at motion stage. However, the trial Court is directed to expedite the trial and conclude the same within a period of two months from the date of this order.
