The challenge in the present writ petition is to the impugned order Annexure P/1 dated 16.08.2019 whereby the petitioner has been transferred from PWD Division Ramanujganj to PWD Division Bhanupratappur. 2.

The contention of the petitioner is that the petitioner has been working in a scheduled area for more than 27 years and has now been again sent to another scheduled area. The second contention of the petitioner is that the petitioner is more than 56 years of age and as per the policy, the persons more than 55 years of age should be as far as possible avoided during posting in a scheduled area.

Given the said facts, let the petitioner make a detailed representation to the respondents within a period of 10 days from the date of receipt of the copy

-2of this order and the respondents in turn shall decide the same within a further period of 45 days from the date of receipt of the representation. 4.

Meanwhile, the effect and operation of the impugned order shall remain stayed so far as the petitioner is concerned. 5.

With the aforesaid observations, the present writ petition stands disposed off.
