2. Given the said facts that the respondents have now taken a decision declaring him to be ineligible, this Court is of the view that the order passed by this Hon'ble Court stands complied-with.

3. However, in the event if the applicant is still aggrieved of the decision of the respondents dated 31.08.2018 declaring him to be ineligible, the applicant would be at liberty to challenge the same by way of a fresh proceeding.
