Heard the matter finally.

These are the 2 bail applications filed under Section 439 of the Cr.P.C. for grant of regular bail to the applicants, who have been arrested in connection with Crime No.536/2018, registered at Police Station Chhawni, District Durg(CG) for the offence punishable under Sections 379, 413, 414, 467/34 of the IPC.

As per the case of prosecution, both the applicants are engaged in business of theft of mobiles and other consumer
appliances and they used stole the articles and sell it through online shopping network with manipulation in bills and other records. 4.
Learned counsel for the applicants submits that some articles were seized and the applicants were charge sheeted. He submits that the applicants are in jail since 14.7.2018 and trial may take some time, therefore, the applicants may be released on bail. 5.
On the other hand, learned counsel for the State opposes the bail applications.

Perused the entire material available on record. 7.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the fact that the offences are triable by Judicial Magistrate First Class and trial will take some time, I am inclined to release the applicants on bail.

Accordingly, the bail applications filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C. are allowed.

It is directed that the applicants shall be released on bail on each of them furnishing a personal bond in sum of Rs.25,000/- with one surety each in like sum to the satisfaction of the concerned trial Court for their appearance before the said Court as and when directed till the disposal of the trial.
