Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that certain complaints were made against the Sarpanch & Secretary and other few of the office bearers about financial malfunctioning and irregularities. It is stated that upon such complaints being made by Annexure P-1, the C.E.O. Janpad Panchayat has constituted a committed and directed to enquire and submit a report within 7 days. Though the said communication was on 29.06.2019 but till date the same has not been acted upon; therefore, the reminder was further made by Annexure P-4 to the Collector that the committee may be directed to conclude the enquiry, if any, within stipulated time.

Perused the Annexure P-1, P-2 & P-3 and last reminder letter Annexure P-4. Considering the nature of allegations, prima facie, it appears that by Annexure P-2 on 29.06.2019, four members committee was constituted to enquire into certain complaints. Without any observation on merit, the C.E.O. is directed to get the enquiry conducted within a period of 45 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. It is further made clear that this Court has not made any observation on merit. 3.
