(1) The accused/applicant has moved this third bail application under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for releasing him on regular bail during trial in connection with Crime No. 185/2014 registered at Police Station Ramanujganj, District Balrampur for the offence punishable under Sections 304(B), 201, 120 (B) read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code. (2) The applicant's first bail application was dismissed on merits by this Court vide order dated 07.07.2015 passed in M.Cr.C. No. 104 of 2015.
(3) The applicant's second bail application was also dismissed on merits by this Court vide order dated 29.04.2016 passed in M.Cr.C. No. 2638 of 2016.
(3) Having heard learned counsel appearing for the parties, having regard to the facts & circumstances, I do not find any change in circumstances to entertain this third bail application. Thus, the bail application is rejected. However, the trial Court is directed to expedite the trial.
