1. The relief sought for by the petitioner in the present writ petition is to the extent of a direction to the respondents to consider the representation which the petitioner has made for transferring him to a place nearby Raipur. The reason for request being made is that, both his parents are suffering from Cancer and under treatment at Hospital at Raipur and therefore he be transferred to a place nearby Raipur so that he could take care of his ailing parents.

2. Given the said facts and circumstances of the case and also taking note of the fact that the petitioner has already worked at core scheduled area for a period of more than three years, let the petitioner make a fresh representation to the respondent No.1, who in turn, shall consider and decide the same at the earliest preferably within a period of 90 days from the date of receipt of representation.
