1. At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that necessary steps have been taken, therefore, the proceedings may now be dropped.

2. Considering the submission of learned counsel for the petitioner, which is not disputed by the respondents and steps which have been taken towards compliance of the order of this Court, I am not inclined to proceed further in the matter.

3. In that view of the matter, Rule is discharged and this contempt petition is closed.
