(C) No. 1238 of 2019, the petitioner is before this court in this contempt petition.

(2) After hearing learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, I deem it appropriate to give one more opportunity to respondents to ensure the compliance of this Court's order dated 03.04.2019 passed in Writ Petition (C) No. 1238 of 2019. (3) Counsel for the applicant may also make additional representation to respondents authorities and, in turn, authority concerned shall ensure the compliance of this Court's order dated 03.04.2019 in its letter and spirit.
