Petitioner would assail the order Annexure - P/15 whereby the General Manager of the Chhattisgarh Tourism Boad has directed for recovery of amount to the tune of Rs.98,535/- from the security deposit of Rs.2.00 lacs, which was deposited by the

petitioner at the time of execution of management contract for Motel at Khudiya, Bilaspur.

Clause 30 of the contract (Annexure - P/1) confers jurisdiction on the Managing Director of the Chhattisgarh Tourism Board to decide any dispute between the parties.

In view of the terms of the contract, let the petitioner move before the Managing Director of the Chhattisgarh Tourism Board within a period of 15 days from today and thereafter, the said authority shall consider and decide the dispute within next 10 weeks.
