(2) This is the fourth bail application filed under Section 439 of the Cr.P.C. for grant of regular bail to the applicant, who has been arrested in connection with Crime No.319/2014 registered at Police Station Manendragarh, District Korea, for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 302 of the Indian Penal Code.

(3) The applicant's first, second and third bail applications were dismissed on merit by orders of this Court dated 11.05.2015, 01.2.2016 & 22.09.2016 passed in M.Cr.C. No.1874/2015,

M.Cr.C. No. 781/2016 & M.Cr.C. No.6105/2016.

(4) After hearing learned counsel appearing for the parties, I do not find any new good ground or any change in the circumstances of the case to entertain this fourth bail application. Consequently, the fourth bail application is rejected. However, the trial Court is directed to submit a report within ten days as to why the trial has not been concluded despite the order of this Court dated 22.09.2016 till this date and why the appropriate action has not been recommended against him for non-compliance of order dated 22.09.2016. The information must be sent through the District & Sessions Judge, Korea for needful. (5) Certified copy as per rules.
