Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the charge sheet has not been filed, therefore, she wants to withdraw the bail application with liberty to repeat the same after filing of the charge sheet. As prayed, this bail application is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.

However, it is made clear that considering the quantity of liquor, the case would be decided on merits.
