Hon'ble Shri Justice P. Sam Koshy Order On Board 11.10.2018 The limited relief which the petitioner has claimed in the present writ petition is for a direction to the respondents for making necessary correction so far as his date of appointment is concerned. 2.
According to the petitioner, his date of initial appointment is 01.09.1981 whereas the respondents have reflected his date of appointment as 02.07.1992. Further dispute of the petitioner is that after
regularization he has passed Senior Accounts Clerk Examination in the year 2010 and this additional qualification also has not been entered into the service book of the petitioner which would have given him the advantage of further promotion.

Given the said limited relief which the petitioner has sought for, this Court is of the opinion that ends of justice would meet if a direction is given to respondents 2 & 3 to redress the grievance of the petitioner on his making a detailed representation to respondents 2 & 3 in this regard supported with all relevant records. The respondents 2 & 3 shall decide and act upon the said representation of the petitioner at the earliest preferably within a period of 90 days from the date of receipt of the representation keeping in view the rules and regulations governing the field. 4.
