(2) This is third bail application filed under Section 439 of the Cr.P.C. for grant of regular bail to the applicant, who has been arrested in connection with Crime No.2/2015 registered at Police Station Sarkanda, District Bilaspur, for the offence punishable under Sections 375(4) & 376 of IPC and Sections 3(1)(xii), 3(2)(v) of the Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribe (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1969.

(3) The applicant's first & second bail applications were dismissed on merit by order of this Court dated 22.09.2015 & 25.02.2016 passed in M.Cr.C. No.4755/2015 & M.Cr.C. No.1415/2016, respectively.

(4) After hearing learned counsel appearing for the parties and taking into consideration the totality of facts and circumstances of the case, I do not consider it a fit case to entertain the third bail application. Consequently, the third bail application is rejected. However, the trial Court is directed to expedite the trial and conclude the same as early as possible.
