This is an application filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C. for grant of bail to the applicant, who has been arrested in connection with Crime No. 115/2017 registered at Police Station Premnagar, District Surajpur, Chhattisgarh for the offence punishable under Section 354 of Indian Penal Code and Sections 9 & 10 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012.

2. Counsel for the applicant prays for withdrawal of the bail application with a liberty to revive the same after the material witnesses are examined before the Court below.

3. Accordingly, the present MCRC is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
