1. A prayer for modification in the order of grant of bail is made on the submission that the applicant is unable to get the benefit of the bail order as the order passed by this Court does not mention the crime number.

2. Records of MCRC No. 7706 of 2018 perused.

3. It is hereby ordered that the bail granted to the applicant in MCRC No. 7706 of 2018 on 05.04.2019 is in respect of [Crime No.23 of 2017] registered in Police Station- Rajpur, District- Balrampur (C.G.) for offence under Section 20 (B) (ii) ( C ) of the NDPS Act relating to special case No. 15/2017. This order shall be produced along with earlier order for grant of bail passed by this Court on 05.04.2019.

4. CRMP is accordingly disposed off.
