This is second bail petition. Earlier first bail petition was dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file afresh after the statement of the victim is recorded on 7-11-2016.

State counsel submits that the victim has not been examined yet. 3.

Considering the fact that the victim has not been examined, I am not inclined to review the earlier order. However, liberty is reserved to the applicant to repeat the bail petition after examination of the victim.

Accordingly, the instant bail application is dismissed with the aforesaid liberty.
