1. This petition has been brought on the ground of inaction of respondent No.4 in compliance of the orders passed by the Chhattisgarh Board of Revenue.

2. It is submitted that the petitioner is the land owner and his name is reflected in the revenue records. The petitioner made various representations before the authorities for making entries regarding his lands in the digital revenue record. Ultimately, the petitioner has to approach the Chhattisgarh Board of Revenue and the Board of Revenue by order dated 17.6.2021 (Annexure-P/10) in Case No.M/27/R/A06/111/2021 directed the Collector, Balrampur to make digital entry of the land belonging to the petitioner in the digital revenue

-2record under the Bhuiya Karyakram. This order was not complied. The petitioner again approached the Chhattisgarh Revenue Board. The board passed the order dated 22.7.2021, directing compliance of the order dated 17.6.2021 to be made by respondent No.4 and even after this order, respondent No.4 has not been complied. Hence, this petition has been filed praying for an appropriate direction.

3. Learned State counsel opposes the submissions.

4. After considering on the submissions, the petition is disposed off at motion stage. As there is already the order of the Chhattisgarh Board of Revenue adjudicating which is pending for compliance by respondent No.4, respondent No.4 is directed to make strict compliance of orders dated 17.6.2021 and 22.7.2021 within a period of 21 days from today without fail.
