The grievance of the petitioner is that though the petitioner had moved an application before respondent No.1 on 19.06.2019 for change of time & change of route from Chharra to Patthalgaon via Tolma, Hathibed, Kolhenjhariya, Gediyadih, Kotba, Surangpani, Lailunga, Bardand, Chhapartoli, Labnipur, Mundagaon, Sivpur, Gala, Dudungjor and one return trip daily in Regular Stage Carriage Permit No.120/ABR/2010 on the route Chharra to Patthalgaon via Saraikela, Kotba, Bagbahar, Ludeg and one return trip daily, however, the application has remained pending without any decision.

Learned counsel for the State submits that the application of the petitioner

shall be considered and disposed off as early as possible. 3.

Be that as it may, if the petitioner had moved such application, it should have been decided one way or the other. If it is not being decided till now, the authority is directed to decide the matter within a period of 30 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
