Hon'ble Shri Justice P. Sam Koshy Order on Board 30/09/2019
1. The relief sought for by the petitioner in the present writ petition is for a direction to the respondents to reinstate the services of the petitioner as a Field Worker.
2. At the outset, this Court is of the opinion that there is no specific order of appointment issued in favour of the petitioner, nor has the petitioner been subjected to any recruitment process before being engaged as a Field Worker. Even, if the contents of the writ petition is to be accepted, the petitioner has only worked for a period of just 109 days without there being any substantial proof of the same.
3. All these facts would not give any indefeasible right to the petitioner for claiming the relief of reinstatement or for any direction that could be issued to the respondents in this regard.
-24. The writ petition this being totally devoid of merits deserves to be and is accordingly rejected.
