The limited grievance that the petitioner has and the relief sought for in the present writ petition is for an appropriate direction to the respondent 2 to take an appropriate decision in getting the order Annexure P/1 dated 01.06.2021 in accordance with law.

The limited prayer is not opposed by the State counsel. 3.

Accordingly, the writ petition at this juncture stands disposed of with a direction to the respondent No.2 to take appropriate remedies under the law ensuring that the order passed by him on 01.06.2021 is complied with at the earliest preferably within a period of 90 days from the date of receipt of the copy of this order. If required, the respondent No.2 can also take assistance from the other administrative bodies for the execution of the order.

With the aforesaid observations, the present writ petition stands disposed of.
