Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner, who is senior to respondent No.3 forwarded application for allotment of quarter to respondent No.2, still respondent No.3 has been given priority. 2.

Shri Das, Addl. A.G. appears for respondents 1 and 2 submits that petitioner's representation will be considered strictly in accordance with law. 3.

Be that as it may, the petitioner is at liberty to move representation to

respondent No.2 within 7 days from today which shall be considered and decided by respondent No.2 within next 10 days from the date of receipt of representation in accordance with law, on its own merits. 4.
