2. The petitioner is claiming right of way over the Nistari land, on which, the Gram Panchayat is raising construction of boundary wall.

3. The petitioner has the remedy before the Revenue Court under Sections 131 and 133 of the CG Land Revenue Code, 1959

seeking right of way over the Nistari land.

4. Let the petitioner approach the jurisdictional Revenue Court for redressal of the grievance. If such grievance is raised, the Revenue Court shall decide the matter expeditiously.
