1. The dispute in relation to the decision dated 25.9.2018 contained in Annexure P-1 by virtue of which award of contract for transportation of country and foreign liquor for the financial year 2018-19 is not required to be adjudicated now at this belated hour since the contract had already
been awarded to a private respondent and the contract will be over in the coming few months.
2. We also do not fail to take notice of the fact that it was only after the intervention of the Court that except for District Rajnandgaon, the appellant had been awarded contract for transportation in question for most of the districts of the State.
3. Writ application therefore stands disposed off without interfering with the order impugned.
