The State counsel, on due instructions, makes a submission that the petitioner would be permitted to continue to discharge her duties as contractual employees till the validity of the contractual period is concerned. He further submitted that the salary part of the petitioner have already been paid till the previous months and shall also be paid for subsequent period without fail. Given the above submissions made by the State counsel, this court is of the opinion that nothing further remains to be adjudicated upon. Accordingly, the petition stands disposed of. Sd/- (P.
