Hon'ble Shri Justice P. Sam Koshy Order On Board 09.10.2018 The grievance which the petitioner has raised in the present writ petition is the non granting of annual increment to the petitioner between 1998 to 2001.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that during the said period the petitioner has uninterruptedly served the respondents and while serving the respondents he has crossed the age of 45 years upon which the circular of

the State Govt. enables an employee to get the annual increment as well. 3.

Given the limited prayer which the petitioner has made for which he has time and again made representations to respondent no.2, this Court is of the opinion that ends of justice would serve if a direction is given to respondent no.2 to decide the representation of the petitioner at the earliest preferably within a period of 4 months from the date of receipt of the order passed by this Court. Let the petitioner bring to the notice of respondent no.2 the order passed by this Court. While deciding the same, the authority concerned would take into consideration the relevant circulars in this regard.
