Ms. Richa Shukla, Govt. Advocate No.1 to 4 Hon'ble Shri Justice Goutam Bhaduri Order On Board 26.09.2019 Heard 1.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner's mother was recorded owner of land bearing Khasra No.227 admeasuring 1.22 hectare situated at Village Purandih, P.C. No.29. It is contended that the settlement was carried out in the year 1995 and because of certain mistake, the name of the petitioner's mother was deleted which subsequently came to the notice when the respondents started to construct the Godown over the part of the land. It is stated that the petitioner was in possession of the said land, as such, there was no occasion to inspect the revenue records.
