(2) Learned counsel appearing for the respondents would submit that petitioner's entitlement for pension has already been decided by the respondents authorities vide order dated 15.11.2018. (3) Copy of this order be placed on record.

(4) In view of above, the contempt petition is closed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to proceed in accordance with law.
