Sam Koshy Order On Board 12.10.2018 Perusal of the record it appears that the petitioner has never been posted in any of the territories within the state of Chhattisgarh except for the treatment that was rendered to his mother. All the claims which have been
raised by the petitioner were also at the respective place where he was posed which is out of the State of Chhattisgarh. Therefore, this court is of the opinion that the High Court of Chhattisgarh may not have the jurisdiction for entertaining the writ petition.

Accordingly, reserving the right of the petitioner to avail the remedy available to him before the appropriate forum, the present writ petition in its present form stands disposed of.
