By order dated 03.04.2017, this Court has passed an interim order allowing respondents to proceed with the enquiry against the petitioner but restrained them to pass final order in the matter. 2.

It is conceded in course of hearing that no final order has been passed against the petitioner deciding the enquiry one way or the other.

In the above view of the matter, no case for issuance of notice to the respondents for violating this Court's order dated 03.04.2017 passed in WPS No.1458/2017 and another connected matter is made out.
