1. Heard on I.A. No.01/2019 for exemption from filing clear/type copy of Annexure P-6.

2. On due consideration, I.A. No. 01 stands allowed.

3. The limited prayer that the petitioner makes in the present writ petition is for an appropriate direction to the respondents to consider and decide the representation of the petitioner so far as non-granting of proper seniority and also non-granting of promotion at par with his immediate junior is concerned.

4. To this limited relief, state counsel does not oppose.

5. Accordingly, respondent no.2 is directed to scrutinize the case of the petitioner and compare his case along with identically placed persons and take a decision on his representation in accordance with the rules and regulations governing the field. Let this exercise be completed within a period of 90 days from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
