1. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that petitioner has been transferred from Champa, Distt. Janjgir-Champa to Wadrafnagar, Distt. Sarguja whereas he has already worked in a scheduled area for nine years. He would also submit that petitioner's wife is also working in Champa, therefore, he may be allowed to make representation to respondent No. 3.

2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the records.

3. Be that as it may, petitioner is allowed to make representation to respondent No. 3 within two weeks from today which will be considered and decided by respondent No. 3 within further four weeks in accordance with law by passing a reasoned and speaking order. It is also directed that for a period of six weeks, the impugned order dated 26/10/2021 as well as the relieving order dated 29/10/2021 shall remain stayed. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the matter.

4. With the aforesaid direction, this writ petition stands disposed of. No cost(s).
