Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that traveling allowance to the tune of Rs.23,592/- has not been released to the petitioner by respondent No./3 / Chief Municipal Officer, Nagar Panchayat, Tumgaon, Mahasamund. 2.

The petitioner is at liberty to make a representation to respondent No.3 within 10 days from today which shall be considered and decided by respondent No.3 in accordance with law within 30 days from the date of receipt of representation by a reasoned and speaking order.
