1. The limited grievance of the petitioners in the present writ petition is that the petitioners have worked continuously for more than 10 years of service and have thus become entitled for benefit of Kramonnati.
2. According to the petitioners, the services of the petitioners have also been absorbed in the Education Department and now the petitioners are working in the Education Department. According to the petitioners, either under the Panchayat Department, where the petitioners were initially appointed or under the Education Department, where they have now been absorbed, the petitioners would be entitled for benefit of Kramonnati on completion of minimum service of 10 years on a particular post, but the respondents have till date not considered the claim of the petitioners.
3. Given the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the respondents No.1 & 2 consider the claim of the petitioners, so far as the
-4claim for Kramonnati is concerned, and in case if it is found that the petitioners are entitled for the said benefit, appropriate relief be forthwith released.
4. Let this exercise be completed within a period of 4 months from the date of receipt of the copy of this order.
5. With the aforesaid observations, the present writ petition stands disposed of.
