Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the order dated 01.09.2021 passed in WP (S) No.1486 of 2012 has not been complied with. 3.

After hearing learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, I deem it appropriate to give one opportunity to the respondent/contemnor to ensure compliance of this Court's order dated 01.09.2021. 4.

The petitioner shall make an additional representation along with the copy of this order within 10 days from today before the respondent and, in turn, the respondent shall ensure the compliance of this Court's order dated 01.09.2021 in its letter and spirit expeditiously.
