Grievance of the petitioner is that though land of the petitioner was taken over for mining by the SECL, however compensation has not been given to him and even the name was not published, though actually physically the petitioner has been dispossessed from his land. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that several representations have been made, however same has not been decided. Learned counsel refers to Annexure P-5 and submits that an application has been preferred before the SDO to make enquiry into the matter which is not been decided till date from 2014.

Considering the grievance of the petitioner, the petitioner is directed to file fresh representation before the respondent No.3, Sub Divisional Officer, Revenue, Katghora raising all his grievance within a period of four weeks and SDO thereafter shall decide the grievance of the petitioner within a further period of six weeks. After enquiry if it is found that the petitioner have been ousted without compensation being paid to him, necessary proceeding shall be drawn so that the petitioner shall be suitably compensated in accordance with law.
