1. The present contempt petition has been filed alleging non compliance of the order dated 22.04.2019.

2. Shri Vipin Tiwari appearing for the respondents and submits that G.P.F amount and retiral dues payable to the petitioner was thereafter released to the petitioner immediately without any delay from the date the directions were given by this Court. He further submits that subsequently the petitioner has released arrears of 7th pay commission and as such no further dues left to be paid.

3. This aspect is not disputed by the Counsel for the respondent.
