Shri Jitendra Pali, learned Deputy Advocate General, appearing for the Respondent, submits that they have filed their reply and along with the reply they have enclosed a document dated 21.6.2019 (Annexure R-2) whereby the Committee on scrutinizing the claim of the Petitioner has rejected the same. 2.

Now, that the Respondent having taken a decision on 21.6.2019 rejecting the claim of the Petitioner, the order as directed by this Court stands duly complied with.

Accordingly, the contempt petition stands disposed of. The Respondent is discharged from the contempt proceedings. However, if at all, if the Petitioner is aggrieved of the subsequent order passed by the Respondent, the liberty is reserved to him to assail the same by way a fresh writ petition. Sd/- (P.
