1. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is working as Area Assistant and she has been transferred from Jairamnagar / Loharsi, District Bilaspur to the office of Gourela Pendra Marwahi without any administrative exigency and for which, she may be allowed to make a representation to respondent No.2, which may be directed to be considered and decided expeditiously.

2. Be that as it may, the petitioner is at liberty to make a representation to respondent No.2 within 10 days from today. If such a representation is filed, respondent No.2 would do well to consider and decide the same within a

further period of 3 weeks from its receipt and to pass a reasoned and speaking order. For the period of 3 weeks, the impugned order of transfer shall remain stayed.

3. With the aforesaid direction / observation, the writ petition finally stands disposed off. No order as to cost(s).
