This is the second bail application filed under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for grant of regular bail to the applicants, who have been arrested in connection with Crime No. 216/2017, registered at Police Station-Khadgawa, District Koriya (C.G.), for the offence punishable under Sections 450, 376 (2) (<) and 506/34 of the IPC.

First bail application of the applicants has been dismissed by this Court on merits by order dated 9.7.2018 in M.Cr.C.No.3372 of 2018.

After dismissal of first bail application on merits, I do not find any new ground or good ground to entertain this second bail
application. Accordingly, second bail application is also dismissed. However, the trial Court is directed to expedite the trial and conclude the same expeditiously.
