The present MCC has been filed seeking restoration of WPC No. 3035 of 2019, which got dismissed by a peremptory order passed by this Court on 13.05.2019.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, subject to the petitioner/applicant depositing an amount of Rs. 1500/- to the Chhattisgarh High Court Bar Association Library Fund, Account No. 32749718036 within 7 days from today. The Writ Petition would stand restored.

Subject to the petitioner/applicant furnishing the receipt of deposit, the Registry is directed to restore the writ petition. The default in the writ petition is concerned, if any, be removed within further 10 days thereafter, failing which, the order passed by this Court in the present MCC would lose its efficacy.

Accordingly, WPS No. 3035 of 2019 stands restored to its original number.
