1. The dispute in the present writ petition seems to be the action on the part of the respondent No.2 in floating of a tender for construction of a boundary wall for the cremation ground situated at Ambikapur-Bilaspur road at village Lakhanpur, Teshil and District Surguja.
2. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioners have properties adjacent to the cremation grounds and for the petitioners property road in front of their property is the only access and if the boundary wall is constructed by the respondent No.2 as per the tender notice, the access to their property would get blocked and therefore they have made repeated representations to the authorities concerned for
-2redressal of their grievances and they have also offered certain portion of their land for the said purpose as an alternative.
3. Given the nature of dispute that the petitioners have, let the petitioners approach the respondents No.2 to 4 by way of a suitable representation and upon such representation being made, the respondent authorities may consider the grievance of the petitioners and pass an appropriate order at the earliest.
