By this petition, the Petitioner has prayed for time to surrender before the Learned Trial Court as per the judgment of this Court dated 15.11.2016 delivered in Criminal Appeal No.2983 of 1999. 2.

After hearing Learned Counsel for the parties and the reasons mentioned in the petition, we find no merit in the petition. The same is dismissed accordingly.
