1. The limited prayer which the petitioner has made in the present writ petition is that the respondent authorities may be directed to consider the claim of the petitioner for compassionate appointment in accordance with the scheme applicable.

2. Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, taking into consideration the documents issued by the Superintendent of

Police District Raigarh dated 29.05.2018, respondents are directed to consider and decide the claim of the petitioner in accordance with the scheme governing the field at the earliest preferably within a period of four months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
