2.

The applicant has filed this bail application under Section 438 Cr.P.C. for grant of anticipatory bail, apprehending his arrest in Crime No. 734/2016, registered at Police Station-City Kotwali, District Durg, for the offence punishable under Sections 420, 467, 468 & 471 of the IPC. 3.

Learned counsel for the applicant would submit that the applicant is innocent, he had not committed any offence,

therefore, he may be granted liberty to be released under the provisions of Section 438 Cr.P.C.

4.

On the other hand, learned counsel for the State opposes the bail application and submits that earlier also similar offences were registered against the present applicant in Crime No. 305/2016 and also under Sections 420, 467 & 468 IPC.

5.

I have heard the counsel appearing for the parties and perused the material.

6.

On due consideration, as the applicant is involved in more than one offences of the similar nature, this Court does not think it proper to grant anticipatory bail to the applicant. 7.

Consequently, the bail application filed under Section 438 of the Cr.P.C. is dismissed.
