1. This petition is against the order dated 27.10.2017, passed by the Second Additional Sessions Judge, Balodabazar, whereby the application filed by the petitioner under Section 311 Cr.P.C. has been dismissed.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of the Court to withdraw this petition with liberty to file a revision before the appropriate forum.

3. Prayer allowed.

4. Accordingly, the petition is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to prosecute the appropriate proceedings by the petitioner, if so advised, before the appropriate forum.

5. Registry is directed to return the certified copy of the entire order-sheet after retaining photocopy of the same.
