Petitioner has prayed for a direction to the respondents not to allow the library building maintained by the Municipal Corporation, Raipur to be used for any other purpose than the one for which it has been established.

Since the petitioner is not claiming any relief for himself, the prayer made is in the nature of PIL. The present petition is not maintainable in its present form. It is accordingly dismissed reserving liberty in favour of the petitioner to maintain a duly constituted PIL.
