Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Applicants seeks permission to withdraw this bail application. He further seeks liberty that in the event of surrender of the Applicants before the Special Court/Magistrate Court and filing regular bail application on behalf of the Applicants, the said Court may be directed to decide the bail application on the day of its filing.
